At Bountti, we are committed to providing transparent and fair service to our merchant partners and customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

1. Scope

This policy applies to establishment fees processed through our payment gateway services on behalf of merchants.

2. General Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in full (100%) if the merchants application for a merchant account is declined, subject to the terms of the transaction and applicable law.

Refund requests can be initiated through Bountti or the merchant.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

To provide all of the necessary identification required for proper KYC/AML procedures.

4. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Declined merchant account.

5. Refund Process

Bountti or merchant initiates a refund via email.

Refunds will be processed within two (2) business days and may take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

The refund amount will be credited back to the merchant's bank account.

6. Fees and Charges

Refunds generally do not incur additional charges.

7. Disputed Transactions

If a merchant disputes a charge, Bountti and the merchant should resolve the issue directly.

We recommend maintaining supporting documentation for all transactions to facilitate dispute resolution.

8. Limitations

We do not process refunds for transactions made outside the authorized use of our services.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delayed refunds or processing errors.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated as required.
