Establishment Fee Policy for Bountti
As a payments broker, we believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden surprises. To support merchants in getting set up with secure and compliant payment processing, we charge a once-off Establishment Fee.
What the Establishment Fee Covers
The Establishment Fee is a one-time cost applied at the commencement of your application for access to the Bountti payments platform. It contributes towards:
Merchant Account Setup – Application processing, underwriting, and KYC/AML checks.
Gateway Configuration – Plugins for Integration of your website, POS, or mobile payment systems.
Fraud & Security Tools – Setup of compliance tools, PCI guidance, and fraud protection features.
Support & Training – Access to onboarding support and educational resources for your team.
Standard Establishment Fee
AUD $197 (one-time charge, per merchant account)
Payable before commencement of application.
Non-refundable, except where your application is declined by our partner acquirers.
Waivers & Discounts
In some cases, the Establishment Fee may be discounted or waived, including:
High-volume merchants who meet minimum processing thresholds.
Enterprise agreements negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Promotional offers periodically made available to new merchants.
Transparency Commitment
The Establishment Fee will always be disclosed to you in writing before you sign your merchant agreement.
No additional onboarding costs will be charged without your prior written consent.
Ongoing costs (transaction fees, monthly service fees, etc.) are set out separately in your Merchant Pricing Schedule (MPS). The MPS is sent to you prior to any application commencement or establishment fee request to pay.
